Good Ground was founded in 2013 to invest in multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, industrial and out of home media assets and other novel real estate classes, often partnering with and investing alongside select sponsors with local and asset-specific expertise.
We also offer advisory services to investors and operators, deploying our data-driven approach to navigate acquisitions, dispositions, specialized leasing, and capital solutions, focusing our efforts on unique project pipelines and complex transactions.
Good Ground also works with growing retail, experiential and food beverage businesses, along with other real estate-centric operators via direct investments, JVs and advisory engagements, bringing expertise to spur and capitalize growth, and craft and execute growth plans.
